FAQs of Junior Student Microscope:

Q: How do I focus the Junior Student Microscope for clear observation?

A: You can focus the microscope using the coarse and fine focus knobs located on the side of the body. Start with the coarse knob to bring the specimen into general focus, then use the fine knob for precise and sharp adjustment.

Q: What type of illumination does this microscope use?

A: The microscope utilizes a plano-concave mirror to reflect natural light onto the specimen. It does not require batteries or an electric power source, making it ideal for classrooms and fieldwork.

Q: When should I use the 10X or 45X objective lens?

A: Use the 10X objective lens for low-magnification overviews and the 45X objective lens for detailed examination of smaller specimen structures, in conjunction with the standard 10X eyepiece to achieve magnifications of 100X, 200X, and 450X.

Q: Where can this microscope be effectively used?

A: This microscope is particularly suited for school laboratories, science classrooms, and home learning environments. Its robust construction and portable design make it ideal for student demonstrations and educational settings.

Q: What is the process for changing slides during observation?

A: Simply lift the dual slide clips on the fixed stage, position your prepared slide in place, and gently secure it. The clips hold the slide securely for stable viewing during manual adjustment.

Q: How does the carrying handle benefit users?

A: The carrying handle, integrated into the frame, allows for safe, convenient transportation of the microscope between classrooms or storage areas, contributing to its portability and practical use for students.

Q: What are the main benefits of the metal body and anti-slip base?

A: The metal body ensures long-lasting durability, while the anti-slip base provides stability on laboratory surfaces, reducing the risk of accidental tipping or movement during use.
