About High Temperature Muffle Furnace

The unit is specifically designed to meet the requirement of High Temperature 1400⁰C, the casting is made of M.S. reinforced with iron plates duly painted, chamber made of Ceramic Zirconium board and elements are placed horizontally in the chamber. Heating is done by imported Silicon Carbide Rods Duly controlled by accurate step down transformer (Air Cooled), it saves energy upto 30% with easily replaceable Carbide Rods. These Furnances have outstanding temperature relaiblity and has large surface radiation radiation ratio to enhance thermal efficiency and power consumption. Control panel is fitted with digital temperature indicator cum controller upto 1400⁰C Control panel is provided separately having Ammeter volts meter and digital controller etc. Maximum Furnance temperature upto 1400^oC, Working temperature upto 1350⁰C operatable in 220Volts single phase AC supply.
