The model is made out of a full-size original, reconditioned engine. The engine is suitably cut sectioned to show the maximum parts and accessories of the engine like cylinder block, Cylinder heads, piston, connecting rod, inlet a, and Exhaust manifolds, Fuel system, self-starter, Alternator, etc to clearly demonstrate the internal constructional details. The reduction gear unit will be coupled to the flywheel of the engine assembly, which is then connected to a single-phase AC motor. The motor runs the engine at a very slow speed (approx. 25-30 rpm) so that the entire function of the engine can be demonstrated. The whole system is mounted onto sturdy iron frame
